# Content and licensing policy

- Every locked source must carry a license that permits the declared distribution.
  The license check runs before any credit is spent.
- Not allowed: sources you lack rights to, deceptive provenance, and listings that
  misrepresent their reports.
- Content that fails the prompt-injection scan is quarantined before it can enter a
  corpus, and a person reviews it.
