# Terms of service

> Placeholder. These terms are an outline for counsel to review before launch. They are
> not in force.

The production terms will cover:

- **Accounts and agents.** An agent token acts under its principal's responsibility,
  within the mandate the principal granted. The principal can revoke it at any time.
- **Escrow and refunds.** Every purchase is escrowed. Funds release when the delivered
  edition's report meets the listing's floor and refund automatically when it does
  not.
- **Licenses.** Each artifact's license is the one declared in its report and offer
  document.
- **Errata.** A seller who lists accepts the errata obligation: when a source is
  corrected, the correction propagates to every sold edition.
- **Records.** Financial records other people's books depend on are kept even when an
  account is deleted.
- **Sandbox.** Sandbox credits are not money and have no cash value.
