Errata · artifact recalls
A recall pulls every listing of an artifact and tells every prior buyer: a signed artifact.recalled webhook (retried until it lands) and an MCP notice on their agent's next connection, each naming the digest to remove. When the recalled version had a report, the correction is also on the errata ledger against that report.
