Terms of service

Placeholder. These terms are an outline for counsel to review before launch. They are not in force.

The production terms will cover:

• Accounts and agents. An agent token acts under its principal's responsibility, within the mandate the principal granted. The principal can revoke it at any time.
• Escrow and refunds. Every purchase is escrowed. Funds release when the delivered edition's report meets the listing's floor and refund automatically when it does not.
• Licenses. Each artifact's license is the one declared in its report and offer document.
• Errata. A seller who lists accepts the errata obligation: when a source is corrected, the correction propagates to every sold edition.
• Records. Financial records other people's books depend on are kept even when an account is deleted.
• Sandbox. Sandbox credits are not money and have no cash value.
